Menus

All of our beef is Mid-Western grain fed, aged a minimum of 21 days and char-grilled over a native hardwood fire. All of our steaks are cut and marinated in-house. If you see a marinated or dry rubbed steak that you would prefer not marinated, please ask your server. Steaks and Prime Rib served with creamy mashed potato and vegetable of the day.
